The 23rd Ward-Dwight/West River District has positively evolved as the years have progressed. I look forward to a productive 2004 and the challenges of representing the 23rd Ward not only as your alderman, but also having the opportunity to work side by side with Ms. Lisa Cobham as Co-Chair.
Ms. Cobham has been an active participant in community service for a number of years and has effectively supported me in my quest to enhance to the future of the 23rd Ward.
We need your support Tuesday, March 2nd at the polls. This website will serve as a great way to keep the district acquainted with upcoming events, projects, and meetings taking place in our Ward and throughout New Haven. It will also educate visitors on the key issues of Ward 23.
